NPower is seeking an experienced Lead Installation Rep with specialized buried pipe and excavation experience to support Clinton Clean Energy Center. This role is vital to the stations long-term operations, as it will directly support an end-to end buried pipe project within the License Renewal (LR) process. This candidate will ensure all installations meet the mandatory regulatory commitments required for Clintons extended operating license.
Scope of Work:
o Work Order Planning and Execution: Navigate the plants work management systems to track, update, and drive the execution of work orders
o Planning Packages: Perform detailed reviews of all work and planning packages to identify potential gaps, ensuring instructions are clear, accurate, and ready to be executed
o Site Coordination: Coordinate site personnel/planning teams, and facilitate alignment meetings across multiple work groups to synchronize activities and maintain project momentum
o Installation Oversight: Oversee and orchestrate installation activities specifically classified as mandatory requirements under the LR process
o Engineering Change Implementation: Ensure EC is implemented exactly as designed to maintain the sites high safety and operational standards
o Package Closeout: Manage administrative closeout of Work Order (WO) packages, ensuring all documentation meets NRC and License Renewal standards

Key Responsibilities
The Lead Installation Rep / Task Manager will support field execution activities including:
Oversight of underground pipe excavation and exposure
Work involving safety-related systems, including portions of the fire protection system
Coordination of activities in areas with groundwater intrusion
Oversight of hydrovac operations for excavation at depths up to 20 feet
Acting as the station’s field point of contact between contractors, engineering, and plant stakeholders
