Doug Gillem

President

Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Doug brings a wealth of experience in providing nuclear staffing solutions to industry giants like Exelon, DTE, PSEG, and various renewable projects. With a strong commitment to service, he founded NPower Solutions LLC as a service-disabled veteran-owned business to address the unique staffing challenges in the nuclear sector.

His focus is leveraging retired professionals while also targeting experienced armed forces veterans. Doug is a 1988 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his MBA from the University of Alabama. He served in the 82nd Airborne Division, 101st Airborne Division and 18th Airborne Corps. His combat deployments include Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. After retiring from the military, Doug led a multi-disciplinary team that conducted knowledge development for many of our intelligence agencies as a part of Centra Technologies. In 2017, Doug and his family relocated to Louisiana, where he played a pivotal role in the startup of Allied Power, a company operating within Bernhard Capital Partners.

Cayce Baierski

Regional Staff Augmentation Manager

With over a decade of industry experience, Cayce serves as our regional staff augmentation manager. Her diverse professional background spans collaborating with major energy companies to implement relocation policies to establishing Allied Power’s staff augmentation department, where she worked with a team to pioneer a program emphasizing transparency and efficiency in contractor staffing.

In Cayce’s current role, she oversees a substantial workforce deployed across various U.S. sites, guided by core values of listening, understanding, kindness and helpfulness. Her career path has been marked by significant transitions, including her most recent transition to NPower, where she holds a steadfast belief in the future growth of the company. Beyond the professional realm, Cayce’s love for exploration, stemming from childhood experiences flying with a pilot father, continues to drive her to explore a new part of the world each year.

Oliver Carroll

Regional Staff Augmentation Manager

Oliver is a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of industry experience, starting his journey during college and continuing upon graduation with a bachelor’s degree. Throughout his career, Oliver has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence and leadership. In his current role, he serves as a pivotal figure, overseeing a significant workforce deployed across various U.S. sites. His forward-thinking approach and strategic vision position him as a valuable asset to both his team and the industry as a whole. With a passion for driving innovation and fostering collaboration, Oliver remains steadfast in his commitment to advancing the industry and driving success for all stakeholders.

 

Caitlyn Roberts

Staff Aug Specialist

Serving as our Staff Aug Specialist, Caitlyn finds genuine fulfillment in being an integral part of a closely-knit, collaborative team, skillfully bridging relationships between employees and on-site managers. Caitlyn lives by a set of core values, which include nurturing trust and respect in professional relationships, upholding unwavering commitment, accountability, ethical work, honesty and integrity, all within a collaborative team-oriented approach with her colleagues. Her career shift from sever years as a certified athletic trainer in collegiate and high school athletics to the staff augmentation field was driven by a desire for a different work environment and a more predictable schedule while still staying true to her passion for serving others. Beyond work, Caitlyn is originally from Baton Rouge, LA, and currently resides in Oxford, MS. She loves traveling and has explored 12 different countries and counting.
